How To Books

I'm contemplating writing some "How To" books. I'm in the idea phase right now.

Illustration Friday: Invention

My first Illustration Friday. One of my "killing time at work" doodles. Maybe one day I'll do a finished illo.

Return to Sender

Rejected drawing. Reason..."too humorous." It'll get used somewhere, sometime, though.

Punk is Crunk

I'm now a part of the Snerko Phenomenon that's sweeping the nation! Punk IS Crunk!

Living Dead Dolls

Ah...I hate it when this happens. I've done a few custom vinyl figures this year. Each time, it seems like a fun thing when I'm asked to do it. But when it comes time to actually do it, I'm not enthused. And it shows in the work. But at least I've tried doing them. And I now know they're not for me. My Living Dead Doll.

My Cartoon Network Stuff From 2000-2001

I thought Cartoon Network got rid of this stuff. I guess they're on the Cartoon Network LA site. I wasn't even aware that there was a seperate site for LA. Maybe I'm biased, but I think the site was MUCH better when Funny Garbage was doing it.

I'm credited as Illustrator on these...

Jonny Quest
Planet of the Magillas
Prickles the Cactus

I did a bit of work on Peter Potamus, but didn't get a credit. In the vast scheme of things, me and possibly my mother would be the only ones concerned about getting a name in the credits that no one reads anyway. Heck, probably no one even watches these things.

Peter Potamus

One of my favorite things to work on at Funny Garbage was Gary Panter's Pink Donkey. Unfortunately, it got rewritten and revised so many times that it's really not all that good. Still, it was a great experience working on it.

Monster Triad Pattern

I've got too many irons in the fire. Still trying to work some bugs out of some of my fonts. And now I'm sidetracking myself with patterns. I need to put a bunch of stuff aside and focus on "Transplant," my upcoming show at Asterisk Gallery with Saxton Moore, Jorge Lacera and Carlos Villagra in March of 2007. Maybe I can work some patterns into the show.

Sad Frog

I've been finding all kinds of quick doodles on my hard drive at work. And some of them aren't all bad.

Squiddles

Another forgotten character I was planning on doing something with. Maybe someday.
