I did this at work a few days ago and it's been getting a good response from some of my coworkers. They've said that they like this "new direction" I'm going in. Kind of odd to me since the first drawing I did of a similar style was in 2001 or 2002. And of course it harkens back to the days of Basil Wolverton's spaghetti and meatball drawings.
Brief aside: Blogger says that harkens is misspelled. I suppose "harken" isn't in many people's lexicon. Just like "bumbershoot." Sometimes I hate the modern world.
